3-Day Artisan Cheese-Making Workshop, May 2006

Learning about milking procedures Making a pasta-filata style goat cheese
Hi David-

How are you?  We have shared our experience already with so many friends and family and the cheese we hauled back is already gone. We had such a great time and will have fond memories.  Now I have to burn my pictures on a disc and send to you!

Remember, you have friends in California in case you ever want to come for a visit.

Hope you, Kathy and the girls are doing well,

Stacy

Hi --

I just wanted to let you know how much Michelle and I enjoyed our visit with both of you. It was a perfect introduction to the world of dairy goats, and you guys are great teachers. I feel like I soaked up a lot of information in a relatively short visit.

Learning opportunity aside, I really enjoyed talking with you both, and spending time with all your amazing animals. Also -- you fed us like royalty!

Thanks again for everything! I'll be in touch when we're ready for our first goats...

Goat and Cheese Workshop December 2006

Tandem Hand Milking Curd Nerds

Dave,

Our ride down to Phoenix was a full of talk of goats and cheese, of what we enjoyed most and of the future. It went quickly. We successfully bypassed the elk that loomed out of the darkness and stayed awake long enough to get home.

Many thanks to you and Kathryn for all the fun and knowledge and goodies. I think we both left with a good idea of what's involved and where to start, and that was the main reason for coming.

I'll let you know in the spring if we are interested in a second workshop, and will keep in touch.

All the best you both and the girls!

--Nick
