Summer 2015:
Our linear appraisal this year was a tough one. But Audra won over the appraiser and scored as Excellent. She has wonderful length, lovely breed character, and is mlking very well from a lovely, well attached udder.
Audra has now earned her Superior Genetics title!
Summer 2014:
Yearling Audra joined our milking team this year like a pro. She loves her job and is eager to come to work. She still needs a bit of directing to find her place in the 6-doe milking parlor and looks to David to show her the way. But I think it’s just because David gives her animal crackers once she is on her stand. She’s pretty clever…
Summer 2013:
Audra is the youngest of the doelings that we kept this year and she has learned how to use that to her advantage. She expects special treatment, and often gets it. Occasionally I think she should have been named Auditory Audra, due to her being so vocal at times. But she is a lovely doeling that holds great promise.
