Summer 2017:
Piper is first in line to come into the milking parlor, she loves her job. She milks out easily from a picture perfect udder then runs off to hang out with her buddies. It's hard not to smile when watching Piper.
The one time this year that Piper was not first in line for her lead feeding, we looked out and found that she had kidded with twin doelings while waiting her turn. I think that is a fine excuse for being late.
Summer 2016:
Piper is a hoot. She is a cute little scamp that loves to play and loves to come in for milking. At milking time she jumps onto her stand with great exuberance and milks from a very lovely udder with perfect teat placement. Then it's off to play on the tree logs or run up the big pile of dirt. Piper always has things to do.
Summer 2015:
Piper is a funny little girl. She will stand with all four feet in a bucket, even though it's several sizes too small for her, she has just enough ear control to make it look like she is using her ears for balance as she walks, and due to her being the youngest kid on the ranch she is pretty sure that the world revolves around her.
